Dok.Tor Halal is a dedicated booking website designed by Halal Akademi to support industry operators in their Halal process. Through this platform, industry operators and organisations can book a free one-hour private halal coaching session with a qualified coaching officer. The initiative aims to help participants better understand halal requirements, assess their current readiness and receive practical guidance in a structured and professional manner.
During the consultation session, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their company background, products or services, current halal practices at their premises and challenges faced in developing or maintaining Halal compliance. Our trainer will guide the participant through a Halal Readiness Assessment (HRA), explain relevant halal requirements and highlight potential gaps, risks or areas for improvement based on the participant’s industry and operations.
Yes. The Dok.Tor Halal session is provided completely free of charge. Each booking includes one (1) hour of consultation, fully sponsored as part of this initiative to support industry awareness and halal competency development.
Each company is allowed to book a maximum of two (2) sessions, provided that the sessions are scheduled on different dates. This policy is to ensure fair access for all participants while allowing companies sufficient time to apply the guidance provided between sessions.
No. Dok.Tor Halal does not manage or submit halal certification applications on behalf of participants. The session focuses on advisory support and Halal readiness assessment only. Participants are responsible for submitting their halal certification applications directly to the relevant halal certification authority.
To ensure the consultation session is effective and beneficial, participants are advised to prepare relevant information and documents, including:
- Company profile
- Product or service information
- Ingredient list (if available)
- Current halal status (if any products are already certified or in progress)
- Any supporting documents related to Halal practices
Having these materials ready will help the trainer provide more accurate and targeted guidance.
A maximum of two (2) representatives from the same company are allowed to attend a Halal coaching session. This ensures effective communication while allowing key personnel to participate in the discussion.
Yes. A physical (face-to-face) session can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and prior confirmation. Participants are advised to indicate their preferred session format during the booking process so that the necessary arrangements can be made accordingly.

Yes. Participants or companies may reschedule or cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. If you choose to cancel your session, you may reschedule and book a new session immediately (on the spot) for a different available date, provided that your session entitlement has not been exceeded.
If a participant does not attend a session without prior notice, the booking may be cancelled. In such cases, the session will not be replaced or rescheduled. Participants will need to book a new slot.
By booking a session, participants will receive a Halal Readiness Assessment (HRA) and one-to-one coaching from expert trainers at Halal Academy. Depending on the session format, participants may also receive a brief summary or key recommendations to guide their next steps after the consultation.
